Hotel Xyz - Tacloban

The staff were attentive. Compared to my last visit to tacloban, this hotel was great with its comfortable room and delicious meals that had great variety.

The wifi was inconsistent .

Brand-new rooms with comfy beds, cable television and WiFi. Free and modern breakfast, a lot of food and beverages. Location very close to many restaurants and airport and different attractions in Tacloban. Easy check-in and late check-out, parking outside.

Marvellous location on the top restaurant was a plus. The room was relaxing & new-fashioned, came with like bathroom mirror defoggers, new TVs, 2 single beds.

The bed was pretty small, that's sad thing.

Stylish modern rooms, excellent water pressure, extensive restaurant menu

Early check-in policies could be more accommodating!!! The ambiance feels stifling around the hotel. The heat and humidity make it less inviting!!! Noise from hallway disturbances can detract from overall comfort!!!

Great value place, it has extremely helpful stuff who offer a great service. The location is stunning and exceptionally nice, in the downtown area where everything was within eady reach.

As we remember, there was no swimming pool.

No doubt, it's a beautifuly designed and exceptional hotel. Make sure you stay in the double room with a view.

The swimming pool and on-site restaurant were fantastic, with a great escape after a day of exploring Tacloban.

My kids wished there were more activities for children.

Conveniently located with the tallest building, parking right at the front made it easy with kids. The restaurant offered a pleasant dining experience, despite an incident with my toddler. The fridge in the room didn't work, disappointing, and there were issues with the bathroom drainage. The breakfast mix-up initially caused some confusion but was ultimately resolved by the attentive manager.

Great Experience in Tacloban

Loved the spacious Beautiful Queen Room with its fantastic rain shower! The friendly restaurant staff made our dining experiences good, especially the breakfast. If you're sensitive to noise, request a room away from the lobby for a quieter stay. A wonderful choice for couples!

The Executive Queen Room was a nice setup. I loved how clean and comfy the bed and pillows were, definitely a plus for a good night's sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool. I noticed some areas that could use a bit of repair, like cracked tiles in the shower. The noise from machinery above was quite bothersome too.

I experienced a surprisingly high standard of service and comfort at the hotel. The restaurant had a broad menu, and the servers were attentive. I appreciated the convenience of the fitness room despite its limited equipment. The highlight was the massage I scheduled. It was professional and effective in relieving my stress from traveling alone.

I noticed some issues with cleanliness that stood out , particularly in the rooms. The maintenance of the facilities also needed attention.

The room in the Executive Queen Room was small but cozy. The bed felt soft and comfortable after long travel days. Temperature control worked well with the air conditioning. I appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The staff consistently provided helpful service, rushing towels to the room when requested. Food at the hotel restaurant exceeded my expectations, with a variety of good options available. Morning breakfast offered decent choices, but the vegetarian option had a hiccup, providing just some carrots and broccoli at first. Staff quickly rectified this, so I can't complain too much. Location is great, near the mall and many attractions. The wait for the room after check-in time was frustrating, as it pushed our schedule back significantly. Some areas seemed like they needed a bit of maintenance and deeper cleaning. The pool looked cloudy and needs attention, a letdown. Despite the minor issues, I felt welcomed and valued .

The Executive Queen Room was spacious and inviting, with a cozy seating area perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The bed was comfortable. The hotel amenities, including a relaxing spa and a vibrant restaurant with good Filipino cuisine, really enhanced my experience.

The internet connection was quite slow .

The room was immaculate, but the shower struggled with consistent water temperature.
